1. Scope of these terms

These terms govern your use of the CRAready pre-launch website at craready.io, including joining the waitlist and reading our published materials. A separate, more detailed Master Services Agreement will govern the paid product once it launches; this page only covers pre-launch use.

2. What we're promising you

We're building a compliance automation tool for the EU Cyber Resilience Act. When you join the waitlist, we commit to:

• Sending you a single launch announcement when the beta opens.
• Prioritising you for early-access pricing if you ticked the "I'd pay" box.
• Not selling, sharing, or otherwise misusing your email.
• Letting you unsubscribe and delete your data at any time.

3. What we're not promising

• A specific launch date. Forced-buy deadlines in the CRA mean we are motivated to ship, but no calendar promise is given here.
• That our final product will include every feature described on the website. Materials are directional.
• Legal advice. CRAready is a compliance automation tool, not a law firm. Always consult qualified counsel for binding decisions.

4. Intellectual property

The CRAready brand, website content, copy, and visual identity are owned by us. You may quote short passages with attribution ("— CRAready, craready.io"); you may not clone the site or republish entire pages.

5. Limitation of liability

The pre-launch website is provided "as is" with no warranty. Nothing on this page is legal or regulatory advice. You must not rely on any statement here as a determination of whether your specific product falls under the EU Cyber Resilience Act — that is a matter for your legal counsel and, ultimately, the relevant national authority.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability to any visitor of the pre-launch site is limited to zero euros (€0), reflecting the free nature of the waitlist.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our operating entity is eventually domiciled, expected to be the United States (Wyoming) or the United Arab Emirates. The final forum will be named on this page within 30 days of incorporation. Until then, any disputes will be resolved in good faith by direct correspondence to legal@craready.io.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and company evolve. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be emailed to waitlist members before taking effect.
